Pouria was friendly, efficient, and took the time to show me what I needed to do in order to maintain my wall unit. He showed me an issue with outside piping, not urgent, that I may want to take care of. He told me I had the dirtiest filters he has ever seen!! 🤣. Brian and Antonio did an awesome job installing a new furnace and coil. Bob Jensen team responded quickly when my system wasn’t cooling the house during the extreme heat. Tom identified problem quickly and the rest of the Jensen team kept me posted and up to speed the entire time!

Bob Jensen has supplied and maintained our heating and AC for many years and we have consistently been impressed with their professionalism and dependability. Antonio and Brian replaced our aging air conditioning system today after our routine service and inspection by Conor and a colleague indicated it was dying. They were on time, polite and pleasant, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

Ivan and Abraham came to install my new A/C unit this last week! These guys were amazing! Hard working, never stopped. When hurtles came into play they had the most positive professional attitudes. For being perfect strangers, they really were so comfortable to have in our home. Kind hearted and down to earth! Bob Jenson has some great workers! Thank you guys for all your hard work!
