My first contact with Juan Carlos was great - he set up appt for estimate. Rick came and he too was polite and respectful.

Fantastic experience. My York on roof Heat/AC unit was having issues with AC. Chris was very knowledgeable and took the extra effort to explain how the different components work and what the problem was. Also, they actually pick up the phone when you call them. 10/10

Nick immediately found the problem (an old capacitor) and fixed it. He then asked me about doing a more complete tuneup and cleaning. Since it hadn’t been done in a while, I agreed. All quick and efficient! Plus, he was easy to talk with about what he was doing, etc. Nice guy!

The ac in my small business stopped working in the middle of one of the hottest days this year. I call Friar's and they were able to get someone out to me in about an hour. Nick braved the heat and the climb onto the roof and had our ac up and running in no time! Truly our hero!!!
