Stephen is an outstanding technician. He was thorough in his service and gave me all the information I needed about cooling a room that was added on to my house. Not pushy, no pressure. Just honest work and information. I appreciate that. He also gave extra effort by going up into my very hot attic to investigate a mystery surrounding a missing vent. The whole experience was great.

Had our semi annual check up for our heater. Job very well done, and appreciated seeing photos of what he did. Very courteous and left the work area spotless. Strongly recommend We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air.

Our technician, Brandon, was exceptional. He was right on time, professional, expert, courteous and kept us informed at all times of what was going on and what our options were in the end. Also, no messes left behind which has been a common experience for us with other home services/trades. And with his help, we'll get a little more life out of our aging unit until it's time to replace. When this unit dies I will go back to WE CARE as they did a fantastic job 2 years ago when another one of our units failed. It's why I called them back for this service. Consistent excellence is hard to find these days but they are true to their name. Thank you, WE CARE & Brandon!

This is the second time we’ve had Alberto service our air conditioner and will continue to request his services when we need any future services done. He explains things that needs to be taken care of and gives helpful suggestions for future service. He is also very neat and considerate. We Care has also been very good on scheduling appointments and helping whenever we have any billing questions.

⦁ When the installers accessed the Attic scuttle in the Master Bedroom closet to replace the old system, the sheetrock surrounding the Attic scuttle was damaged by them (cracked an broken). My wife complained at that time and was told by the installer that we would be hearing from someone to schedule a repair. Almost two weeks had passed and we had not yet heard from anyone, so I had to call and complain. It took another two weeks before someone came out to do the repairs ⦁ The thermostat was replaced and the large existing holes in the wall from the old thermostat were left exposed and uncovered even though the new thermostat comes with a trim plate that can cover those holes. I have since installed that trim plate, something that a "caring professional" should have done during the original installation. ⦁ Many of the new vents were installed crooked and there were dirty hand prints on the paint surrounding a number of them. ⦁ The Pad and Condenser unit were crooked, that is, they were obviously not set parallel to the house wall. I have since corrected that. The securement of the Condenser to the Pad is amateurish at best, clearly not done by a "caring professional". ⦁ When I turned on the AC for the first time, I could hear a whistling/whining sound that I discovered to be coming from the HVAC filter. That filter was dirty and needed replacement but the installer apparently did not even check it after installing a brand-new system! I had been told that the filter would be replaced with the new HVAC installation. ⦁ All of the attic ducting was replaced at a cost of almost $4000. Prior to installation, all of the vents had been fully functional, yet after the new installation, I discovered that five of the eleven vents in the house were flowing very little air and two of the eleven were not flowing any air at all. All of these vents were wide-open when I flow checked them but 60% of the vents were essentially non-functional after the new installation. It turns out that the two vents not flowing any air were not even connected ! ⦁ This installation was far from professional and clearly the installers did not care. The company name really should be 'We don't Care'.
