If you need any work done on your roof, I highly recommend Resilient Roofing. I had already written a review for them on Yelp, but wanted to do a quick review on Google. My parents’ roof is flat. There was a small area on the roof that was wonky and could have potentially collected rain water. When the insurance company pointed this out, I went online and was fortunate enough to contact Resilient Roofing. From that moment on, I was not disappointed in my decision to call them. In fact, I was surprised that Resilient Roofing made this entire process of repairing my roof very pleasant. They immediately responded to my call; addressed the issues at hand; cleaned and repaired the area; and laid down material to prevent any accumulation of water. The roofers then tested and retested the area by running water to ensure water ran off the roof smoothly - no accumulation of water whatsoever yay! They did a great job!!! From the very beginning, everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, I was looking at a deadline to get all this work completed due to home insurance concerns. Amanda, the Production Manager, listened and cared about my deadline, as well as my other concerns, and she was able to schedule the work repairs well before the deadline. I am so glad I contacted Resilient Roofing for a new roof.They are professional all the way around.Brad was my contact person.It was about to rain when he showed up and I had a roof leak.He climbed up on the roof and put a tarp up for me.What a sport! He explained all about the company and showed me samples of the corning shingles.I opted to finance the roof.Amanda and Tanya in the front office coordinated everyone.Amanda scheduled the work and completed the necessary paperwork.The tear off crew of Horlando,Roberto,Hector B,Glen worked very hard and completed it in one day.They cleaned up and didn't leave any nails etc behind as I was worried about that with my two dogs.No problem there.Next day Marco and Anthony came at 715am.What hard workers.I couldn't believe just the two of them put the new roof on.What a fantastic job they did.See pictures.They are so fast and professional.They completed the entire roof in 2 days instead of 3 to 4.I told all my friends about this company.If you're thinking about a new roof, dont hesitate this company is the one for you.You won't be sorry.!

I wanted to thank the team at Resilient for a great job on our roof replacement recently. Everyone on the team was very professional and very good to work with. Any and all questions were quickly addressed. They did a great job of keeping our property clean and safe each day. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased and impressed with a great job well done!

Today is October 9, 2024 and I had my roof installed November 2021. Since then there have been multiple storms that has hit SD and not once have we noticed any leaks or loose shingles. The initial inspection was more informative of what issues I had with the roof rather than a sales pitch. They never let me feel pressured into signing with them all. The admin team was responsive to all of my questions and concerns. The crew was respectful of the property and left the site clean everyday of construction. Overall everyone I interacted with were class acts.
Price was the highest of the 3 quotes I received, about 30% more than the second (I picked the Better Roof option). But you do get what you pay for. I would say the provide quality service and products and recommend them to anyone looking to reroof, replace, or to just get a quote.
