Zenith Roofing completed a repair job on my house in July 2024, which included a leak following the big rain storms in March, dry rot, and 4 skylight replacements. I did my due diligence before deciding on Zenith Roofing and I could not be more pleased with my decision. I am 100% satisfied with their workmanship. Every step of the process was handled professionally, courteously, and promptly. I had a million questions and a lot of uncertainty about what approach would be best for me, my budget, and my home. The business owner/contractor, Bryan Ramirez, is highly knowledgeable and patient. He provided me with several options, including detailed explanations of the pros and cons of each, and patiently waited for me to think them through and ask more questions as they came up; importantly, he did not pressure me into moving faster than I was comfortable moving. His crew was also extremely prompt, efficient and experienced. They operated in unison like a smooth, well-oiled machine. They also cleaned up everything. Bryan also made sure that I was comfortable with costs. This is my first public review, but it was important for me to take the time to share my experiences. 100% - Zenith Roofing was the right local company for my job.

Zenith team removed two shingle layers, repaired or replaced all damaged wood foundation and replaced with Owens Corning shingles-warranty for a long haul. And covered a 20' X 30' family room addition with new insulations and flat rolled cover. They were courteous, clean and prompt and provided a professional finish. My wife and finally have a peace of mind for many years to come.

Zenith Roofing Services did an amazing job for us! We had to replace our very old roof with a new one so it was a pretty big undertaking. After meeting with a handful of other companies, we decided to go with Zenith Roofing because of their solid reputation, responsiveness, and very competitive pricing. From start to finish, Bryan (the project manager) remained involved and in close contact, he was helpful, knowledgeable and just great to work with. The rest of his team was also very professional, courteous, and efficient! They provided a very fair quote for the roof and took care of everything independently. From scheduling to completion, I had nothing to worry about or get involved in. They took care of everything professionally and the project went smoothly. They cleaned up everything every day, and nothing was damaged or messed up. The roof looks wonderful and I am so glad to have hired such a great company to do it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to redo their roof or get repair work done. Great job!

Bryan and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the roof on fairly large residence I hired his team for. What separated them from other proposals was the quality of details in their quote, their communication and their pricing. Their pricing was fair and transparent. The value was outstanding given the attention to detail, quality of the work and respectful nature of the crew. The work ethic of the team was evident, the team was on-time, worked consistent hours and the communication was solid throughout the process. Omar who was the lead on the actual roof replacement was attentive, helpful and treated the project like it was his home. I would highly recommend Zenith for roofing services.
