We just had Adail Bastos Roofing replace our existing roof and couldn’t be happier with the whole job from start to finish. We went through yelp, google and other sites and chose 5 roofing companies to ask for bids. We have a 2400 sq ft house that had a metal composite roof that was installed incorrectly causing some water damage. Under that was our old shingle roof that also needed to come off. We met with all of them and Adail stood out. I know you can’t judge workmanship by meeting with the owner, but his demeanor/knowledge/willingness to work with us on some quirky requests we had, set him apart from the others. Bids came in and they were a few thousand difference up and down on all of them. But what really stood out was the bid with Adail. His was all encompassing. No vagueness on anything. There were no *(if we need to replace this, it’ll be x$) on top of everything. What was bid was what was paid. It took the stress out of wondering once they got the roof off what they would find and how much more that was going to cost! The day of the start of install, Adail showed up early to cover up plants, driveway, perimeter around the house, etc. His crew showed up at 8 daily. One of the roofers is a good singer, I enjoyed knowing that if an employee can sing under the hot sun, on the job, that says a lot about the company and the owner. There was more damage than we thought and Adail showed us pictures every day of what they replaced. He was on the job site many times a day. His crew were nice to work with too and cleaned up every day. They were able to finish the job early. If you are looking for a small business roofing company this is the one to choose. My neighbors agree too!

I can’t even BEGIN to say all the amazing things that is Adail Bastos Roofing. They are so kind, friendly, professional, trustworthy, & CLEAN! Adail and his employees were on time, efficient, communicative, and just all around great people. While the quote was SLIGHTLY higher than others (some non licensed as well) I completely trusted Adail at his word for the pricing. So many quotes we received were contingent on so many factors that you really had NO IDEA what the price was going to be when it was done. Adail explained everything to us and made us feel confident in his estimate that we just trusted him. It turned out to be the smartest decision we’ve made and couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only that- during the process Adail was VERY involved and didn’t just leave the guys without direction and an extra pair of hands! He even came back one evening when it there was an unexpected forecast of rain to cover everything up himself. I’ve kept in touch with Adail and he’s such an amazing human that I just want to be his friend! How many times have YOU paid someone thousands of dollars and wanted to be their friend after? Thank you Adail- I will refer you at any chance I get!

I can't say enough about Adail and his crew. They were friendly, meticulous, and professional. Adail is such a warm and genuine guy....great character! We had a roof that desperately needed work. Essentially had to strip everything down and lay down plywood sheathing before putting the shingles down. They're attention to detail is top notch and went above and beyond in many cases to repair/fix some of the little things that weren't even in their work scope. They got everything done in under a week. I highly recommend Adail!

Working with Adail was a great experience. I had a difficult roofing job. Our roof had 4 layers of shingles including the original wood shingles from the 30's. Which means there was no plywood and was not up to code. Ontop of all that the roof was leaking.
He really knows his stuff, is professional and offers fair pricing. The quality of workmanship was impeccable. He is also very easy to work with and communicative. At the time I was pregnant and about to have a baby so wanted to get the job done quickly before having a newborn in the house and he was able to accommodate our schedule.
If you are looking for someone to do good, honest work he is your guy! We have had the roof for a couple months now in one of the rainiest seasons and we have had no issues!
