The service technician Daniel showed up on time, assessed the situation, explained his plan of attack, and got working. We chatted about the issues, as we just bought the house there were a few issues to be addressed. I have used Black Mountain Plumbing for 20 years. They never disappoint me. Robert is the best and explains everything going on and what is needed. I had Solomon for the first time and he fixed a backed up sewer pipe another plumber could not fix. He was courteous, explained everything and cleaned up!
