Can't say enough good things about them. Our toilets and drains clogged up over the weekend. We called after not getting a return call from a different plumbing company. I was surprised when Monique answered at noon, as I expected at lunch time, I would have to leave a message. She was quite helpful and did a great job answering our questions. We scheduled a service call and were thrilled to hear that it would be same day. Joseph called a short time later to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled. He did a great job! After the initial walk through inside he then got to work on the outside and under the house. Joseph did a great job explaining his findings and describing what he recommended be done. It’s was a very horrible and bad experience with this plumbing services I ever encounter also the technician give me first an estimate of 6k just to replace an elbow tubes and 5 feet of copper pipe 1/2” - 3/4” shower set and shower valve and a faucet telling me that the quote price was base to company’s parts/charges. I told him not to do it and he came down with a Price of $2085.75 just to fixed the important thing which is the elbow leak and replaces some piping. I was also asked how the job done by a text how reply to them that it was an over charged services and they did not came back to me what is the reason.
Our main line sewage drain backed up on Labor Day, so we called a few plumbers. Discount Plumbing was the only that was able to promise us that a plumber will come that afternoon on a holiday. Hector L. came in the afternoon and was able to snake the sewage line clear. He was professional and was able to identify the problem and solution.
We had a shower leak causing water damage and needing immediate attention. They were very quick to respond and able to send out a technician within the hour.
