I had high water pressure on my pipes for years. Last year when I decided to replace the 15- year old water pressure regulator I did some reach on local plumbing services. I found All Americans and decided to give a try. The scheduling was smooth and project management was very responsive. They sent Elliot quickly to my house. Elliot arrived promptly and provided with an estimate after an efficient inspection. They found a broken switch next to the regulator and recommended to replace as well. Price is reasonable and within the ranges I quoted from a few others. The next day Elliot replaced the entire regulator and cut out the pipes to insert a new switch just within an hour. As I was watching he gave me good tips on other plumbing maintenance . The entire installation was very professional and I was happy with All Americans. Would like to use them again.
JoJo was fantastic! He quickly assessed the issue, provided a clear and fair quote, and was able to fit us into his schedule on short notice—which was a lifesaver since we had an Airbnb guest arriving the next day. He was transparent about the scope of work and his process, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable and professional plumber!
Very Impressed!! I received a quote from 4 different companies and all American had quantity and quality so I chose them and wasn't disappointed. I worked with Justen who went above and beyond for installing sub meters for a rental property. I would recommend them to anyone for plumbing services and whatever services they offer as it was seamless from obtaining a quote, to communication with theor front office and quality craftsmanship and pride in their work. Thank you guys for your Excellent Service!!! Nick P did an amazing job and provided exceptional service, especially since he had to come back and check for another possible leak (thank goodness there wasn’t one) We’ve had a run of bad luck lately with appliances so it was at least refreshing to work with professionals that took their time and made sure everything was done properly. My only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is that I would like to speak with someone in the office rather than leaving a message. Sherri was very pleasant and a please to work with. She even called me back on her day off. But it would be nice to get someone on the line when I call. I know it’s probably busy so I understand not always being able to answer the phones, but each time I called it went to VM. Just something to consider. Thank you again for everything. Pro's from All American arrived at my home on schedule. They arrived prepared to provide a quote. However, since the price was acceptable and I really wanted the work comleted I agreed to a price and they completed the work in less than 2 hours. They were not cheap, but I feel that since they were in an acceptable range and they appeared to be competent and knew what I wanted it would be best to have them finish the work ASAP. I am very pleased with the outcome. If I had other plumbing work, I would likely be contacting them.
