After you book your appointment, that information is sent directly to our office and placed on a company-wide schedule.
30 minutes before we arrive, our plumber will call you with a courtesy call to let you know he is on his way.
After inspecting the work that needs to be done, we will provide you with a written estimate.

Sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the gentlemen and women at Core Plumbing! I contacted Core Plumbing due to an issue with our toilet. They came out the very next day and were able to figure out the problem quickly. Kevin was very upfront, direct and honest with what needed to be done which I appreciated. It was a very big job and took the entire day but they all worked quickly, diligently, and were very professional and respectful of the work that needed to be done and of our home. Shout out to Kevin, Kevin, Mike, David and another gentleman whose name I forgot (I'm so sorry!). His keen eyes noticed a hairline fracture on a brand new toilet tank (not a mistake on their part but toilet manufacturers). It would have been difficult to spot otherwise and they came back the very next day to replace the tank. I appreciated that even after a very long work day, that didnt deter them from completing the job with integrity. Our neighbor noticed her toilet acting up and Kevin was gracious enough to go over to her house to see what could be happening. It was related to the job they were doing at our house but didn't indicate any problems. He eased her worries and explained that everything was okay. They were also so gracious to help fix/replace little things around the job to ensure that they completed the job fully and made sure not to leave our house until everything was perfect. This attention to detail and gracious extension of their skills is so appreciated! I highly recommend Core Plumbing! All the plumbers are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled workers, and worked with integrity and professionalism. Will definitely be contacting them for any of my plumbing needs!

They patiently explained everything to me and even took the time to assess the water pressure in my home though it is not a part of the evaluation. Got their name from neighbors who had water main replaced last year. My turn. Excellent attention from all staff from first early morning call to the final cleanup at the end of the second day. Tony and Alex arrived within an hour of my call, and went right to work. I had a temporary water line and water back on in about 3 hours. Tony thoughtfully decided on best route for pipe line that required very little removal of my landscaping, and NO concrete/walkway damage! They had to dig up some very heavy succulents in the one planter affected. They received some help digging the trench from Allain (who whistled while he worked on a very warm day). I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tony’s leadership on my job. He was so kind while working incredibly hard, literally in the trenches. He made sure things would work easily for me going forward and went over everything he did in a respectful manner that I very much appreciated. Thank you Tony, and Alex!
