Blue Planet did an excellent job in replacing over 65' of sewer line. Most done by pipe bursting. It went great. They had to overcome some issues with unexpected ground water in our area but handled it very well. Mike and his crew did a great job and kept us informed of progress. I cannot say enough about Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing, Inc. I was able to get a service call the same day sfter discovering a leak. Abraham came to our home and he was amazing! He first took care of a toilet leak very promptly & he was very professional and nice. The next day, additional work had to be done on a hot water main line that required cutting drywall to repair the leak. Abraham explained everything that had to be done & he did a very good job on the repairs and cleaning up from the drywall removal. I would definitely recommend Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing and especially Abraham.
Awesome work ethics was displayed with the young man they sent out to unclog my kitchen sink drain out. He hit a few snags in getting his snake through the large amount of grease he had to forage through, but stayed with it more than other plumbers may have. Then used a camera at no additional charge to verify it was cleared. He also explained what he had done and what I could do to make it less likely to happen again! I had never heard of, or used Blue Water Plunbing before, but will from here out!!! The plumber they sent was Mike Cuvea. He was and went beyond what I expected. He has made me a new customer!!!
