John came out to diagnose and ultimately fix a problem with our AC that was spilling excess water everywhere. He and his team were courteous, fast, and communicative at every step. Excellent work.
Had them come out a second time to snake a sink drain that I simple couldn't get to drain. Employee came over to snake but after 15 minutes couldn't clear the line. Proceeded to go under the house and take a couple pictures of the pipes and then charged $200.00 and for what? Usually company's don't charge if they can't unclog the drain so I ended up paying 200.00 for them to take a couple of pictures. Went back to the bathroom later to find it covered in black sludge from the sink all on the cabinets, floor, sink, door, and walls and this bathroom was just remodeled. Overall very unprofessional in the end. Be aware.
