We had a great experience with Airway Chimney Service. Leo spoke with me and explained what I may need and set up a time to meet with me the same day. Leo and his crew did a thorough inspection and fixed all the issues I had with my chimney. We purchased this home earlier this way and we weren't sure what state it was in and sure enough, it needed a major cleaning as well as some cracks that needed to be mortared.

Leo and his team are incredible, I called in Nov 2022 to have my dyer vent cleaned. Leo was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive truly cares for the client.
Recently called Leo May 2024 for maintenance on the dryer vent and customer service is still Above and Beyond

I called because I needed my air ducts cleaned asap, I just bought a home and its a little on the older side. With a newborn the last thing I wanted was for them to breath dirty air. Leo was very helpful and responsive. He came out the next day to give the estimate based on the house/vents. once I saw the amazing price, I knew it was best to get the service done immediately. He was so nice he was even willing to perform the service that same day due to my complicated schedule. His crew was so respectful and clean & most importantly fast. They took all necessary precautions to sanitize the vents properly and in such a timely manner. Leo was very informative in his explanations as to why cleaning your vents is so important. Before we called Airways, we were worried our dryer was going to burn our house down, it was running so hot. They came to clean our vents and were knowledgeable, punctual, and helpful and our vents have never been cleaner. I would recommend this to friends, family, or coworkers. I plan to get my vents cleaned with them annually. Leo was super nice and they did a great job!
