My wife and I had a terrible experience with this company.
I write this review because what they did is morally wrong, they didn't respect our time or our home, they stained our floors, won't refund us, and won't respond.
We were given an arrival time of 8-10am for the technician, Juan, to arrive but he showed up at noon and worked for about an hour. Before he left we asked about some spots and stains on our hardwood floors and he said not to worry because it'll dry by the next day. The next day came and they were still there. We contacted Juan and he said he would be there the next day at 9am, he cancelled on me an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Both interactions were an inconvenience and he ruined our floors. We asked for a refund, he said we will get our money back within 3-5 days, we never received it and we are unable to get ahold of the company. I've called and sent multiple texts but no response. Their automated phone answering system just hangs up on you with no options to speak to anyone.
I've read a lot of the 1 star reviews and the company responds to most of them politely, if you are an employee of the company please contact me, fix the problem, or give me my money back.

I contacted Blue Team Carpet for an estimate for cleaning my couch. They responded quickly and gave me a great price (I had checked with a few other places in the area). It was super easy to schedule the service and they were very flexible with the day I needed.
On the day of the service Juan was communicative and kept me updated on his arrival time. Once at my home, he explained the service and went straight to work. He had me check the work before he left. My couch looks great! I'll use this service again next time I need it. Thanks, Juan!
