My technician, David, from Absolute Duct & Chimney arrived promptly today. My first observation was that he is young & very polite. Soon after he started to work, I observed that he was experienced & knew what he was doing. He finished in a timely manner & explained to me the condition of my dryer duct, hose & whatever. He gave me suggestions on keeping my dryer more free of lint.
David encouraged me to not wait so long between dryer duct cleanings. I won't! I was warned during the LA fires, that a pretty high percentage of fires are started by dirty dryer ducts. I took that seriously & haven't washed a load of clothes until this duct cleaning.
I feel safe now. Thanks David!

Both Absolute professionals were very friendly and professional. Very thorough in explaining the process of cleaning out air ducts and dryer vents. Customer service was also great when scheduling the job. Very happy with the whole experience.

Joey did a great job checking our fireplace, and checking for any signs of build up. We ended up not needing any cleaning, but he was able to give me some great info and we could improve our fireplace experience.
