I just had my air conditioner replaced by Airmaxx. They did a fantastic job. Very clean. The technicians arrived on time. They put canvas tarps on the floors to protect the carpet as they worked quickly and diligently to finish the job. 100% professional and friendly service. Our old HVAC has been used for decades. We want to replace it with a new one. We found Airmaxx as a Carrier authorized dealer online. Their service is great, Alex as the project manager is awesome, the price is reasonable and the installation is fast. Anyway, we are very satisfied! Highly recommend!!

They sent Gilbert this time. Damn, that guy is amazing. He rolls in the spot with his tools that take actual measurements and he blew me away. As an engineer it was amazing to talk facts. He instantly knew that my coil was almost freezing over because of data from his device that he shared with me. "Hey you see how this coil is reading 32 degrees that's about freezing it should not be this cold." He was right, I was having a flow issue. He also took measurements at the registers and he could see that the degrees coming out of the vents/registers were not jibing with what was going back into the system. Major flow issue.
It turns out my filter was completely dirty, weird because I just replaced it in June. But he said summer is more demanding and we have to replace it more often. He also noticed our water was draining really bad. He cleared it out and told us how to do so as well in the future. After that maintenance and him relaying some facts he took new measurements and my coil was running around 50 degrees which is much warmer and safer for my system.
When you call Airmaxx ask for this Gilbert. If you can get him he will fix you up really good.

I used Airmaxx many years ago for another home where they installed a heating and AC system. They had great service then and that has not changed. Just had my AC replaced at current home and the service was phenomenal, from booking the appointment, coming out to troubleshoot the problem, getting a quote then the service techs installing the new system. I will now be utilizing their maintenance plans. Thanks again.

This is my second time to reach out to Airmax first. It was a heating unit and now an air conditioning unit. I feel that employees have excellent knowledge, they are on time and they do excellent work.
I enjoy their ethics and work quality very much having worked for more than 55 years. I appreciate professionalism, ethics, and response. All was outstanding.
