This was the first time I called All American Plumbing and I'm really happy with their service. I needed a new washer drain pan installed, but the floor pipe required some work. During scheduling, Rachel was friendly and efficient and got me on the schedule quickly. Dave and his partner (sorry I forgot his name) arrived on time and he immediately saw the issue and came up with several ideas for a solution. He fixed the pipe in no time, installed the drain pain, and even asked if I had any other plumbing issues. Great service, friendly and professional. It was a Sunday and I left a message for All American Plumbing as my kitchen sinks were backed up. I was happy as I got a call back within ten minutes. Someone was going to come out in the next few hours. I got a call from Iain to let me know he was on his way. He came in and assessed the situation and explained what had to done and the cost. He was a very impressive young man and new what he was talking about. He did a great job and we were very happy with his work. We would definitely recommend using All American Plumbing Inc and would definitely use them again.
All American Plumbing was great. Rachel got back to me within 30 minutes of my leaving a message for estimate. They had Lance come out the next morning and now our job is complete not even 24 hours later. Lance was so knowledgeable and professional, great guy!!
