He quickly assessed the issue, provided a clear and fair quote, and was able to fit us into his schedule on short notice—which was a lifesaver since we had an Airbnb guest arriving the next day. He was transparent about the scope of work and his process, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable and professional plumber!
Very Impressed!! I received a quote from 4 different companies and all American had quantity and quality so I chose them and wasn't disappointed. I worked with Justen who went above and beyond for installing sub meters for a rental property. I would recommend them to anyone for plumbing services and whatever services they offer as it was seamless from obtaining a quote, to communication with theor front office and quality craftsmanship and pride in their work. Quality work at a fair price. Extremely happy with the service and the people. Had a lot of work done and it was completed professionally from start to finish. Seriously great service! They make plumbing issues more palatable and less stressful (yes, really). Super personable, respectful, and extremely professional and responsive. Thank you guys for your Excellent Service!!! Nick P did an amazing job and provided exceptional service, especially since he had to come back and check for another possible leak (thank goodness there wasn’t one) We’ve had a run of bad luck lately with appliances so it was at least refreshing to work with professionals that took their time and made sure everything was done properly. My only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is that I would like to speak with someone in the office rather than leaving a message. Sherri was very pleasant and a please to work with. She even called me back on her day off. But it would be nice to get someone on the line when I call. I know it’s probably busy so I understand not always being able to answer the phones, but each time I called it went to VM. Just something to consider. Thank you again for everything.
