Austin R was a pleasure to work with. I had a problem with the gas line in my condo and he came in, investigated, and determined the cause. He provided an estimate for the work necessary to fix it and explained what he would be doing. Austin's communication skills were exceptional. He listened to my questions and gave me straight and precise answers. He was impressive. He was focused on solving the problem and working with me to figure it out. Thank you.

Cameron Brink is by far the best Anderson Heating Plumbing and Air technician that’s ever been to our place (and by the way all Anderson technicians are top-notch).
As seen in the pictures, he installed a complete water filtration system for our family. He displayed the utmost courtesy, professionalism, and technical skills. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Cameron!

Be careful on the HVAC company you contact just because they’re a company that’s been around for a long time. Doesn’t mean they are honest and actually perform great service. Technician Richard Martinez came out to one of our locations and charged us $458 for a vent repair that had no issues, $629 for fuses that were not bad and we’re tested after the technician left. Wanted to charge us $1700 for 3 pounds of 410 a refrigerant, and another $250 to adjust the fan blower speed. When none of this was needed mind you this is a variable speed unit and you cannot adjust fan speed because the fan runs on a internal relay by manufacturer to communicate with the outdoor unit and this system is charged by ounces per foot weighed in charge not pounds, per manufacture. I highly recommend that you always get a second opinion third if you need to and shop around look for a smaller company they’re much more honest than they care about the work. They do not need that but they can’t afford to have mistakes like a big company and mark you up to get a bad review.

I contacted Anderson for help with completely replacing 2 toilets in my home in Oceanside. Our technician Edgar B. was great. He is a nice and easy to talk to person and made sure I understood everything going on. He helped make arrangements for the parts of the job that needed to be done by another specialist of theirs and was very respectful with our budget concerns. My family and I are very appreciative of everything you guys did for us.

Richard Martinez was professional and courteous in performing the service on our aging A/C system. He explained each step of his evaluation clearly, reviewed the results in terms we could understand and offered us several options to consider. He was an excellent representative of your company and a fine upstanding individual who I would eagerly welcome into my home anytime.
