Ascent Roofing did an excellent job overall repairing my roof. I met Josua when he came out to inspect and give an estimate. I was impressed with him from the very start. He was professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The way he inspected my roof and explained, showed me in detail what he found was exceptional.
I had a number of roofing companies come out for estimates and Ascent Roofing (Josue) ran circles around the competition. Ascent Roofing estimated price was competitive and fair.
The team started on the projected date, bright and early, on time and was ready to get started. Luis, the on-site Forman introduced himself, explained his process. His estimated completion time was three days, which he nailed with a few hours to spare. He informed me of any and all repairs that was needed when he came across it, and he informed me of repairs that wasn't needed that was previously expected which lowered the cost (how cool is that). Luis and his team was on time everyday and his guys did not mess around, they put in a full days work everyday they was here.
Carlos and Sarah in the front office stayed in constant communication with me explaining everything that was going on.
The whole team from the front office to the guys in the field treated my wife and I with the upmost respect, professionalism and a great quality of work.
JOB WELL DONE!!! I will definitely recommend Ascent Roofing to family and friends or anyone looking for roofing needs.

Our 60’s townhome’s roof was fifteen years out of warranty and had developed leaks in six areas. We sought multiple roof bids based on our HOA’s new set of architect plans, to ensure that bids included all the same components. We chose Ascent Roofing and are very happy with their work, the staff, the price. They went above and beyond and provided excellent communication from the first phone call with the support staff and estimator through final billing. Owner Carlos Alfaro personally supervised the construction project. This is a family owned business that takes pride in their work Thank you to all at Ascent!

Bought my first house and my inspector let me know that my roof was end of life. There were also over 20 solar panels on the roof making this not a super simple replacement. Isaiah was my project manager and was absolutely superb. Other Roofers told me the project would take 5 days, Isaiah and his team had the roof completed in 2 and done very well for a very competitive price. The lead on the second day gave me a walkthrough upon completion to make sure I was happy with the work. There was a slight hiccup reconnecting the panels (one panel was not generating power) but without question Isaiah had his solar team back out working until they solved the issue. I will be recommending Ascent to anyone I know looking for a roof.

Carlos was punctual, quick response, and courtesy to any of your request and concerned regarding your house roof replacement. it only took one day for the roof measurement, and the estimate.
