Washer broke and decided to call Big City.
Called on Christmas Eve to make an appointment for the following Friday (3 days ahead). Earliest time frame they provided was 1p-5p.
Friday came and called them to confirm the appointment in the morning. Timeframe came and gone- no call, no show. I called and left a message.
It's now Saturday and still no contact.
Customer service is everything these days and this company has none! Will never call these guys again.

This company sucks!
Do not hire them, they string you out for the day waiting for someone to show up to fix your refrigerator. I was told someone would be to me between 8 and 11. They called to let me know it would be 12 before a technician was available. The technician finally showed up at 1. The fix was temporary, the fridge ran for maybe 4 hours before the EFI was tripped again. I started calling them at 7 in the morning to have them come and fix it, they are not sending a technician to me. I should be a priority today since they did not fix it yesterday. I have called another company to fix it. They don't even deserve one star but I had to select that so I could post this.

Erik was very friendly and professional! He helped get our A/C back up and running- made sure to test the temperature in all of our vents and even helped me locate the source of some flies that were getting into our house. Highly recommend! Great service- thanks Erik!

I called Big City this morning and they sent out a technician to evaluate my home AC system within 2 hours. Eric the technician called me to let me know he was en route. He evaluated the issue, verbally walked me through the needed repair, quoted me the price. He had the necessary parts plus the price was fair & reasonable. He had it up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Big City. Thank you Big City.
