Great Overall Customer Experience from the person handling my request at late afternoon time, she was able to quickly schedule a free of cost inspection within an hour.
The inspection and assessment performed by Steven was super efficient, clear and providing me the options available to address our issue.
While he was there, he connected with all required folks in order to confirm the time window for the repair to take place.
The installation was flawless, very professional and super clean. The technician arrived on time and deliverd as promised exceeding my expectations..

Alberto was my technician. He did a thorough and incredibly efficient job replacing the blower motor on my AC/heating unit. He was respectful, kind, and answered any question I had. Bill Howe as a company deserves tremendous praise. After another local company attempted to scam me with outrageous and nonsensical prices, Bill Howe was able to get the job done in a timely, well done, and fairly priced manner. Will be recommending Bill Howe from now on!
