So Professional! Of course our shower valve decided to stay “on” even with the handle turned to the “off” position when we were out of town and had a house sitter. I had used Black Mountain Plumbing before so I called them right away and they were able to fit us in. We were given a couple hour window and Joel was assigned to the job. He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was very polite calling to let me know the situation, replaced the valve, and cleaned up. Perfect. It is such a relief knowing that even when we are away from home BMP (and Joel) were there to take care of us. Thank you!
I wish I could have left more than five stars. Black Mountain Plumbing deserves it! I had a plumbing leak at my house and every single person that we dealt with (the telephone assistant, the plumber that completed the repair, even the owner of the business) was fantastic. They were courteous, professional and FAST - and did everything to determine how to best help me. They even connected me to a mitigation company to help with repairs to my house related to damage from the leak. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs help with a plumbing issue!
Joel Jr. Replaced two faucets in my master bedroom sinks today.He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick in his work. He reviewed the cost with me before he began. He left the bathroom clean and in excellent condition. He made sure I was satisfied with the installation and showed me how everything worked. He removed all trash and when he left it was as if he had never been here. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Joel Jr. and Black Mountain Plumbing.
I had a simple plumbing issue (simple for them) for Black mountain to perform. The technician came out and he was very professional, very personable. I showed him the issue we were having and what I thought can be done. He agreed and next thing you know he was finished.
