I had an early morning shower gone bad! The shower handle broke and I could not turn off the water. The tub was filling up fast! I called City and left a distressed call and asked for immediate help. They called me back immediately and said the truck would be at my house within 30 minutes. Chris showed up in 20! He quickly assessed the situation, found the cut off and stopped the water. He told me what was wrong, what it needed, and let me know he had the part on the truck. I was thrilled with the responsive and professionalism. City Plumbing is on my speed dial. I manage a nice mid century Apartment building in Bankers Hill. 1965 with mostly older plumbing until I met Chris 3 years ago. Together we have fixed, replaced or bypassed a good deal of it. He comes lickity split when I've got issues that need immediate attention. He can replace water lines in the wall like a magician. Kudos to this great guy! Super approachable and he knows his crapola... I highly recommend him.
