We had an issue with our water heater and Billy came out to assist us. He was thorough, knowledgeable and took his time to ensure we understood everything. When we committed to the work needed he was efficient and respectful of our time and home. I definitely am not looking forward to any further plumbing issues but would not hesitate to call Colepepper again. Highly recommend asking for Billy!
Dustin was super professional, helpful and friendly. He text 30 minutes before he arrived to give his ETA. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing and what was needed to solve the problem. We would definitely recommend Colepepper Plumbing and request Dustin in the future.
I called this company at 2pm as we have a commercial business that had its plumbing backed up. I explained we had both the men’s room and ladies room backed up and sewage coming up thru the floor drains. I explained that we had sewage flowing out of a clean out outside. They set an appointment to come between 3-6 pm. At 640 I called and they told me they “called the number I gave them to reschedule” that definitely didn’t happen. When I asked when they would be able to come they said next week…. Are you kidding me? Next week? We are a business with 40 employees that need our restrooms… I can’t even believe this service? Can you even imagine that a professional business would do this? I highly recommend to NEVER SCHED A APPOINTMENT WITH THIS COMPANY. I was told that the owner made this decision to “reschedule “ our call. What a disappointment! I had another company that originally said they could come at 8 but I could not wait until then, what a disappointment….. Terrible service and company culture! I am a 35 year company in San Diego and understand customer care… this isn’t the company for that.

ColePepper has been my go-to company for all things plumbing related ever since I bought my condo. Today proved again why I am a loyal customer. I called in this morning looking to schedule a non-emergent/routine water heater flush and tune-up, and was actually able to get a technician to come out same day. Billy has serviced my condo before, and like previously, was extremely thorough, informative, proactive and professional. As I had never had my unit flushed since I have owned it (my own fault), Billy determined fairly quickly that my water heater was not up to code, and there was a high risk of needing a complete water heater replacement should he complete the flush and tune up. He took plenty of time to explain the unit faults in detail, answer all of my questions, and draft a quote for a full water heater placement should I decide to proceed with the routine maintenance, and have the water heater fail as a consequence. I did decide to go forward with the maintenance, understanding the risks involved. Thankfully, the flush and tune up went smoothly, and a new water heater was not needed at this time, but I am now all the wiser knowing what to look for when I do need to eventually replace my water heater. Thank you, Billy, once again, for the excellent service!!
