They understood the sense of urgency as our toilet was out of service. They were very quick with getting us on schedule, it was scheduled within the same week of 1st contact. Thanks and much respect to Core Plumbing, their foreman Tim, and the team who accomplished 3 jobs at my house including removal and installation of a 50 gal hot water heater, adding a new compression tank replacing an old system and bringing it up to current code, a toilet replacement which included a new base ring and the cutting away of 50 year old pipe below surface level to install a new toilet, and removal and replacement of a garbage disposal and disconnection of an old RO system. Core Plumbing was my 3rd bid so Im happy I stopped with them. Price was fair and reasonable, and the work was of highest caliber. Booked an appointment online for same day. Had them replace a 17 year old water heater. Appreciated the update on where the technicians were via a map. Two technicians (Kevin and Kevin) arrived on time and looked at the job needing to be done. They were very professional and kept me up on what was being done. Ordered the water heater needed and was delivered by their coworker Eric. They were very one he brought was dented in three places when they took it out of the box and appreciated they returned it to get a new one which I appreciate. All being said Core Plumbing is my new go to for all my plumbing needs. Great work!
Sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the gentlemen and women at Core Plumbing! I contacted Core Plumbing due to an issue with our toilet. They came out the very next day and were able to figure out the problem quickly. Kevin was very upfront, direct and honest with what needed to be done which I appreciated. It was a very big job and took the entire day but they all worked quickly, diligently, and were very professional and respectful of the work that needed to be done and of our home. Shout out to Kevin, Kevin, Mike, David and another gentleman whose name I forgot (I'm so sorry!). His keen eyes noticed a hairline fracture on a brand new toilet tank (not a mistake on their part but toilet manufacturers). It would have been difficult to spot otherwise and they came back the very next day to replace the tank. I appreciated that even after a very long work day, that didnt deter them from completing the job with integrity. Our neighbor noticed her toilet acting up and Kevin was gracious enough to go over to her house to see what could be happening. It was related to the job they were doing at our house but didn't indicate any problems. He eased her worries and explained that everything was okay. They were also so gracious to help fix/replace little things around the job to ensure that they completed the job fully and made sure not to leave our house until everything was perfect. This attention to detail and gracious extension of their skills is so appreciated! I highly recommend Core Plumbing! All the plumbers are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled workers, and worked with integrity and professionalism. Will definitely be contacting them for any of my plumbing needs!
Plumber, Joe, was very professional. He showed me the rates for work I needed. (And who wants to pay for plumbing problems the day after Christmas?!?) He repaired what was broken, installed new toilet, and did all his work with a smile. I had quote from another company I used before, and Core price was the best. Glad I used Core Plumbing. Good job!
