Found my water heater was leaking yesterday. Asked for a quote through Yelp the following morning and received a response immediately. Over the phone, we discussed price and availability ($100 discount through Yelp), and they were able to get a technician out to me within about an hour.
Plastic mats were rolled out. Old tank was disconnected and wheeled out. Closet space was inspected for moisture before the new tank was brought upstairs and installed, all to code with a new thermal expansion tank and flex lines. Whole process after arrival took about 2.5 hours and I had hot water running again about 30 minutes after that.

Update - I accepted the quote which included a complete house repipe of hot and cold with a whole house filter and circulator pump. Courtesy Plumbing completed the job on time with very high quality. Very clean and efficient through the process and were able to keep water to parts of the house during most of the install. Super pleased and have great fresh water throughout the house.Team led by Jason were amazing!!! Highly recommend!

I recently had a plumbing issue with a completely rusted screw on my tub overflow drain pipe/cap assembly and called Courtesy Plumbing for help. Sami came out to fix the problem and did an exceptional job. He skillfully and quickly repaired the pipe, and minimize dry wall cut. We needed someone to replace a frozen water valve asap for a refrigerator delivery and the team was amazing! I was able to schedule the work exactly when we needed, with excellent communication from the team about arrivals. Lou did a fantastic job and was so helpful about the repair in addition to some other work we need done in the future. Will absolutely use them again and refer out. So glad to have a trustworthy plumbing team to keep our home running smoothly!
