Joel showed up at 8 a.m. sharp. I told him the situation and the exact location of the pinhole leak. He explained what he plans to do and provided an estimate to repair/replace a pinhole leak in our copper pipe. The price was more than I expected but with business overhead it seems reasonable. Joel politely and patiently answered any questions I had. He was quick, efficient and clean. His work is clean and precise. Great service. Thank you so much Joel!

This company continues to astound me. From talking to Joanne who answers the phone to everyone I’ve worked with here, Courtesy Plumbing is a stellar company.
Our sump pump gave out over the weekend… with our past experiences with Sami being over the top, I knew Joanne would be able to direct us. Not only did she direct us, she had someone out yesterday morning!!
He was equally as professional, skilled, clean and such a lovely person. I am a grateful fan for life!!

I’ve used Courtesy plumbing for several jobs over the last 5 to 6 years or so and they have always been professional and done quality work. They have handled larger jobs (burst pipe in ceiling, water damage, mold abatement) as well as smaller more routine jobs for me. Their technicians have always been knowledgeable, professional, and competent. Their pricing is fair and seem to be competitive with other plumbing services in the area. One of their plumbers in particular, Lou is absolutely awesome! He does amazing work, has a great attitude, by far the best plumber I have ever worked with!
