Talk about saving my rear end!! The professionals at Dryer Vent Professionals of San Diego did a fantastic job. Setting up the appointment was easy, they arrived during the window provided and offered excellent service. I let Dariusz the owner know my situation, we had a burning smell after doing a load of laundry and were concerned about our dryer. He let me know this was something they handled all the time.
Once they got to work, he showed me exactly what was happening in my dryer and my jaw dropped to the floor...there was maybe an inch layer of lint in the bottom of my dryer, completely burnt, thankfully it didn't completely catch on fire and burn our house down. The dryer came with the house when we purchased it a couple of years ago and we didn't think to have it professionally cleaned out.
Now we will do it every year! They also cleaned our my vent system and provided a video of the cleaning tool going all the way to the top of my vent up to the roof. After cleaning, everything looked like it was brand new. The team also mentioned my dryer would likely need a new belt and another piece to keep it running smoothing in the next year or so. No pressure to replace anything now. If there are any issues, they said to give them a call and they would make it out to resolve them. We ran the dryer after they left and everything is running so smoothly now.

We recently purchased a new washer and dryer and wanted to ensure they were installed perfectly and that our dryer vents were clean and safe. We had heard some horror stories from neighbors who neglected their dryer vents, so we didn't want to take any chances. The team arrived right on time, sending a friendly text message reminder about 30 minutes before their arrival. From the moment they stepped in, they were incredibly professional, making sure not to disturb anyone in the house. They even wore their own shoe covers without being asked, which my wife truly appreciated.
They explained the entire process clearly, detailing what they would do and how long it would take. Their state-of-the-art equipment, including cameras that could navigate the tightest spaces in the vents, was impressive. As they worked, they let me watch and explained everything they were doing. They provided numerous tips on maintaining our new equipment and even recommended some affordable yet useful tools on Amazon to keep our laundry system in top condition.
I was pleasantly surprised by the low price, which was much better than what I had found online. I was genuinely impressed by how efficient, professional, and friendly the team was. This was probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. The job was done quickly and hassle-free, exceeding my expectations, and I enjoyed chatting with those guys too! Great people!!! I would recommend them to anyone I know! If more companies operated at this level, life would be so much easier!

They came to our building and did vent cleaning for several of the units..they were great! Because so many of us had the cleaning done we were offered a discounted fee🎉 They were very courteous with good communication before they arrived, showed up on time and, went right to work.
Definitely would use their services again and highly recommend them.

Best service ever! We have a long run for our dryer vent, and they handled it without a hitch. Technician showed us some tricks to help get the lint to the vent line. Will only use them in the future.

These people are great! We had them come out based on the reviews and speaking with them. Very professional and excellent service! If you have never done this, it is worth doing for the peace of mind alone. Dariusz not only cleaned inside of the dryer and the vent pipe, he went up on the roof and checked/fixed the vent door! I highly recommend Dryer Vent Professionals of San Diego!
