I wanted to thank Eberhard Benton Roofing by giving them a great review. Eberhard Benton Roofing recently replaced the roof of one of our units (Condos), and the new roof looks great. I contacted Mike in Eberhard Benton Roofing and told him we needed to replace the roof of one of our units. Within 1-2 days, Mike provided us with a proposal. After we accepted the proposal, Eberhard Benton Roofing began working within a day of signing. Mike and his team worked fast and showed us progress each day with photos so we could see the damaged roof and replacement process. We were able to work out a payment plan with Eberhard Benton Roofing. The company knows times are tough and are willing to work with you. We were able to establish a payment plan divided into three months. If you are looking to replace your roof, I recommend Eberhard Benton Roofing, they are fast, responsive, provide great work and willing to work with you.

Happy to ditto all previous reviews! Eberhard did the roof of our house 25 years ago. And we choose them this time. Dave, the current owner, came out promptly, gave an accurate estimate, and then his crew did a wonderful job replacing our entire roof. Every aspect from start to finish was handled in an extremely professional manner. They were easy to work with, answered all questions that came up during the process, were conscientious about clean-up, and were efficient and obviously very experienced. We love our new roof! We highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roof work.

Benton Roofing did an amazing job replacing our entire roof. Every aspect from start to finish was handled in an extremely professional manner. The entire staff and workmen were all very polite and explained any questions or concerns that came up during the process. In addition the work was top notch! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of any roof work.

Benton Roofing provided excellent work for the RO Condos here in Pacific Beach.
Dave Recker, project manager, provided the inspection and the proposal on work to be done on the two buildings.
Dave also gave the owners the options for skylights. In addition, he added the options to have T-tops installed while work was being done. I took advantage of this proposal and had two T-tops installed.
Mike Ortega, Vice President at Benton Roofing and his crew installed the venting from roof down to bathroom exhaust fan. In my case, it was a challenge to do the venting. With Mike's knowledge, expertise and direction, the crew was able to work around the joist that blocked part of the area where the exhaust fan was to be installed.
The electricians came out to install the exhaust fans. With Mike and his crews hard work running the vent down and around the joist, it made it so much easier for the electrician to do his work.
Thank you Benton Roofing for doing a great job, especially for the installation of my t-top vents.
I appreciate the professionalism, follow up and hard work the entire crew for a job well. Seeing the pictures taken before and after shows Benton Roofing work really stands out!
