I had a leaking faucet and I sent them a picture and the original invoice with the faucet model number and without asking, Suzanne contacted the company and had the company send me the parts sent to me for free (saved a lot of money and time) . And the repair was done professionally promptly afterwards. Very pleased all around. Thanks again Suzanne.

Encinitas Plumbing provided detailed cost estimate for the installation of new toilet. The installation identified unexpected problems but Tim was able to make the repair and complete the installation in a timely manner. Will not hesitate to use their service in the future.
Obviously this was no emergency- BUT I needed a new kitchen sink faucet to replace one that rusted out and I called EP and Tim was able to fit me in the very next day and replace the rusted out faucet. I appreciated his professionalism and advice regarding some future things that will be upcoming needed repairs.
