I never write reviews but Exodus plumbing was so fantastic that I wanted to share my experience. I had a shut off valve that needed to be replaced at my house. Gilbert came out to my home to work on it twice, however he discovered that the city shut off valve was not functioning, so both times he was unable to fix it. When the city finally fixed their valve correctly, he came out within a few hours and replaced my valve. Gilbert and Exodus were so professional and courteous, and they were so patient with all of the city side snafoos. I just cannot recommend this company enough for their excellent service. I will certainly use them again for all of my plumbing issues.
Mauricio Orozco was great! The company got back to me within the hour and scheduled a time for Mauricio to come out the next day for a free quote. He came within the scheduled window, provided a fair quote, and did a great job completing the services.
If I could give them 500 stars I would! We called at 4:00 on a Saturday and Gilbert arrived by 4:30. He was pleasant as well as professional. The price was fair and so reasonable, even though he had to go back to get a bigger snake. He even took the time to use a camera to show us where the problem was in our main line. We would recommend Exodus Plumbing to anyone.
Extremely responsive. I contacted them midday on a Friday and they were able to come out before the end of the day to address a leak under my kitchen sink. Edgar came out & he was extremely professional and efficient. Fixed the issue quickly. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for great plumbing service.
I had a great experience with Mauricio and Exodus Plumbing. In October 2024, they replaced a garden drain for me. Although I encountered some issues afterward, Exodus promptly and professionally addressed each concern, fully standing behind their work.
