Tried to work with this company over the course of nearly a year now to fix our court. Paid for resurfacing of our court and filling in crack lines and the company basically did a paint job without fixing and issues. Your $8700 job -(resurface cost alone) was not completed. Multiple calls, texts and even confirmation from owner Michael Ferandell and foreman Francisco ensured that they would would fix the issues on our court but its basically been a game of phone tag and excuses. We tried to be patient for several months but really just got cheated out of a large sum of money. If you want to be punted around for the better part of a year and your court to look like these images then you found the place.

This is a great company to work with. I requested a few bids from different companies, and this company is the only one that not only gave me a bid promptly but also sent photos and a detailed description of my options.
I live in an HOA, so we had to go through an approval process, and Paul, the owner, and his staff were all very patient and accommodating. When it came time to have Pickleball lines painted, Francisco showed up promptly with a couple helpers, and they were very courteous and professional. They got the job done quickly, it looks great, and they didn’t leave a mess.
Paul was so helpful, even making sure I had his mobile number in case I had any issues. Sue and Karen in his office were also very nice to work with. Highly recommend!

Those that hire Paul Ferandell (Owner) and Ferandell Tennis Courts can expect:
1. All work to be outsourced to at least four contractors (extra complexity).
2. A nice salesman (Jeff) but zero project management. That’s on you.
3. Zero help with permits and inspections.
4. Zero “game-planning” — no court mockup, no tentative schedule, etc.
5. Unprofessional contractors that don’t communicate with Ferandell (their boss), engineers, graders, etc. to get work done correctly.
6. Lots of miscommunication, time and money wasted.
7. Zero accountability—mistakes will not be admitted or paid for.
8. An overarching attitude of “this is just how construction is/deal with it”, instead of sincere apologies and understanding when things go wrong.
I have documentation to prove all of the above.
I’m a very fair customer that only expects service providers to live up to their word. Ferandell TC is classic bait and switch. Decent website and polished sales to land a contract, then everything falls apart. Writing this is an additional waste of my time but undecided customers deserve to know.

It is my distinct pleasure to recommend the services of Ferandell Tennis Courts to you for any basketball or tennis court construction, resurfacing or maintenance needs you may require.
Having been with the school district for over ten years, I have had numerous occasions to work with Ferandell on district contracts and have always found them to complete their work as promised, on time, and without repetitive change orders. The quality of their work is unmatched by other construction companies. And they stand by their work!
Ferandell remains current on industry standards, and has proven more than helpful when questions arise about current and/or future USTA regulations.
Sincerely,
Russell L. Thornton

By far the best tennis court company around. They can make an old worn down court look like new again in a matter of days. No project to big or to small.
