We’ve had Randy come by twice now to do some plumbing work at our home - he’s the best!! He helped us understand the problem and the work that he completed to fix our plumbing issues. Also did a great job cleaning up after all the work was completed. Very kind & knowledgable. Really appreciate the great help!
I highly recommend this excellent service. Javier, is courteous, professional, and most importantly, very honest. We have used Get Rooter for several years now and their work is solid. Once it is fixed it stays fixed. Most recently, Javier arrived promptly and took care of an issue with our shower. He took the time to educate me on the problem, which I greatly appreciated. We will be continuing to utilize Get Rooter & Plumbing exclusively.
The workers were very courteous. They cleaned up each day and thru out the day to keep the mess to a minimal amount. Arrived when they said they would and kept us updated on progress. Very pleased with their work. Only complaint I have, is Hector took down our medicine cabinet prepping for the jackhammering, etc, the company won't reinstall the medicine cabinet. They will only do plumbing repairs. If they aren't going to reinstall it, they never should have removed it!
I am so pleased with Get Rooter Plumbing I received a text confirming appointment and then a call saying they were a few minutes late. Randy and Andy showed up, wore booties to keep my house clean, explained what they were going to do and got the job done promptly. I'm pleasantly surprised which is rare for me as I flip homes and have contractors here daily. Highly recommend!
