They were incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire installation process and made sure everything was done with precision and care.
The team worked efficiently and left my home spotless after the job was done. I was particularly impressed with how respectful they were of my home, making sure to minimize any disruptions. The system is working flawlessly, and I already notice a huge difference in comfort.

THE BEST: These guys go above and beyond. Amazing attention to detail and client happiness. Special thanks to Sal and Gabe. I did not catch the names of everyone else, but all were professional through every interaction...an amazing group.
I was upfront with Sal about being driven by budget. What stood out with Sal was his professionalism and knowledge that clearly shows he's had first hand experience installing these units. I'm not kidding, I asked every question I could imagine, easily spent more than an hour asking. I showed all contractors all estimates and Sal was the only one who gave advice without bias, he really went out of his way to ensure I was knowledgeable to make an informed decision. Keeping it short, a few contractors were very pushy or focused more of a "trust me" attitude. Sal knows I'm very picky and never once had reservations on discussing the project. Their estimate was well within/below budget and included all the features not everyone did.
Gabe was the site lead and managed an excellent crew. He made sure I knew exactly where the new stuff was going and what work they were doing. Even asked if I wanted something one inch higher or lower (seriously, I'm that picky). They went out of their way to fix my sink as they added new drainage and my existing plumbing was clogged, there's so much that they handled without issue. Everyone was professional, no door inside the house was opened without asking. They made sure the cat or dog didn't get out. I have full confidence in hiring these guys again since they care about every little detail.
If you're reading this, it was a real privilege. I really wanted to know what i was buying and you spent as much time needed to explain and walk me through it.

All around excellent experience! Sal came to our house and quickly and easily made a great plan to install mini splits in our home. Another company wasn't sure they could do the job and Sal was immediately confident they could make it work, and they definitely did!
The installation was quick and easy and done ahead of schedule. Communication was easy and the crew who installed the mini splits were fantastic. Our mini splits are wonderful and cool down our house so quickly.
I highly recommend Global Heating and Air!!!!

These guys are great! Our experience was very good. We called during the weekend to request service when we noticed our A/C was blowing a little warm, on a hot day, of course. Global was able to send Sam out to us on Monday morning. He figured out exactly what was going on and explained the issue. We agreed on what needed to be done and a reasonable price. We also bought the coupon on Yelp $45 for a $75 service, which helped us out with the total of the service. We have an older A/C mini split that will need to be replaced soon, however Sam was able to fix it and give us a little more time before we invest in another. We really appreciate his honesty and service. We highly recommend Global Heating and Air Conditioning! And will definitely use them from here on. A huge Thank You to you guys!

I recently had Global Heating and Air install a 4 mini split system at my house, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The install crew was super professional and knowledgeable, even taking my requests for specific locations and drainage concerns. The units needed to drain by my front door. I told them that would annoy me seeing tubes everyday after work and they went way out of their way to run the drainage probably 15ft out of their way just to accommodate. The entire team is great too, not just the install guys. Owner stopped by mid install to ask about my experience. Front office is knowledgeable and friendly. Sales is as good as there is in the industry. I had 3-4 other companies quote what I needed and I’m really happy I went with Global.
