He explained in detail what each line item was for and what he planned to do. When he came to complete the job he did the exact same thing again. First time to use Go Plumbing and more and was recommended by my neighbor. I called at 8 am and Edgar was very professional and set up for a technician to come out between 9 and 10. I was up dated by txt and when Christian would arrive. Christian was professional and respectful of your home. He fixed our two problems and explained everything he had done. He did everything in a timely manner and cleaned up the area he was working before he left. He was easy to work with and had good communication with us.
Edgar was amazing. He had great communication setting up the repair, explaining what he would have to do prior to doing anything, and tips on moving forward after the repair. Loved that he communicated over phone and texts. Notified me when he was 30 minutes away, sent photos of the work before, after, and during. I had called 3 other plumbers and he had given me the lowest quote and was the friendliest. Definitely recommend!
