I have used Guardian Roofs on several occasions over the years and intend to use them in any future project in our condo complex. As a homeowner’s association officer, I have dealt with various roofing companies in the past, only to find them overpriced and their work subpar. I am so very happy I found Guardian Roofs. I found them to be very professional, they gave an honest assessment and a fair price quote for the roofing replacement to a large section of our condo units. The company stands by their work and have always delivered on the original proposed start and completion times. I found their employees to be polite, conscientious hard workers. They kept a safe and clean work environment and always showed a willingness to work with the HOA. I would highly recommend Guarding Roofs to anyone requiring repair or replacement of their roof.
