Anthony was very professional and communicative. He was easy to work with in setting up my hear pump installation project. I really appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushing a "hard sell" as some representatives from other companies did. When I had questions an needed quote options he was super-responsive and helpful. Great experience!
When Carson, Isaiah, and Israel came your to perform the work, they were punctual, friendly, and respectful. When I expressed concerns or had questions, they addressed them immediately and effectively. Their work was outstanding, the job looks great and the system works well. The time came for us to replace our 20+ year old AC and Furnace and the overwhelming search for the right company to hire began. I met with 8 companies and after meeting Vlad I just knew I had found the company to hire. Vlad was professional and honest. He never tried to upsell us and was very thorough in explaining all of our options. He simply explained the pros and cons of each system and left the decision to us. The one thing I learned after doing all of my HVAC research is not to focus on the price although G&S was very competitive. But instead focus on the company you feel will do the best installation. The way G&S provided a detailed interactive proposal breaking down all the work that will be done really put my mind at ease. The day of install came and the large team of professionals arrived! 4 trucks and a supervisor. Needless to say the installation went super smoothly and I am very happy wth the work and professionalism of the crew. I am so happy I chose to hire Gutherie & Sons to install our new HVAC system. The best part is if I ever need anything in the future I know they are a phone call away. If you are looking for a new HVAC system save yourself a lot of time and call G&S... You will be happy you did!

The service tep was professional, timely, thorough and knowledgeable. He showed us exactly what he found while inspecting our furnace and explained everything to our satisfaction and answered all our questions. He was very friendly, courteous and respectful. He was not "high pressure" annoying. The only negative was that he said he would send an estimate within a couple of days but we have still not received it a week later. That's the only reason for not giving a five star rating.

We’ve worked with a few Heating and Air company’s in the past at this was far and away the best we’ve worked with. The technician was very professional and friendly, quick with the work but took his time to explain and answer questions. Reasonable pricing and was impress how organized the whole process was. Hands down the best experience with any company in this field!
