It was time for regular maintenance - Kenny and Nolan cleaned our home's main sewer drain and the exterior drains on each side efficiently and professionally - plus helped with a smelly bathroom sink ... ---- After jetting the lines, failures were spotted in some of the remaining cast iron by Beecher during a sewer line video inspection. He was thorough and helpful in preparing a remediation option. --- Next Ralph, with help from Xavier and Nolan, worked hard over several days prepping and coating the remaining cast iron drain line segments (exterior, showers, and toilets), which should protect those sections for decades. Frank is a professional - and tidy... --- Hopefully lastly, Marco with help from Nolan replaced a failed toilet flange that was discovered during the drain lining project and started leaking over the holiday weekend. Sala was quick to schedule a plumber and the work was not easy - it involved corroded cast iron, the right parts, and a tight work area. Marco was careful, patient, and effective - it's working / no leaking! --- Coordinating the work is easy - Mr Plumber uses a handy system that includes texts and emails. And when you need a person, the office is always ready to support - especially Sala. When she handles your request, it's handled... --- Call Mr Plumber for hydro jetting, sewer scoping, and drain line coating!
My plumber was fantastic. Not only was the customer service in booking the appointment fast and easy, they were super accommodating and work with our schedule. The appraisal-man Beecher, was great. Walked us through the repairs needed and let us know what needed to be done and talked with our landlord to ensure they were ok with the repairs. They were able to get someone out quickly and same day! Xavier and Nolan were fantastic. They did their best to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They were very curious and kept us informed of the progress. We are very happy with their service.
Xavier did an excellent job. Very professional and pleasant to have doing this job.Had a very urgent problem with a clog kitchen sink and he was able to get it cleared up and explained the situation and the best solution but gave a less expensive option also. Very neat always wore boot covering and made sure the job area was also very clean. I need more work done unfortunately but I will definitely use this company again and Xavier will be my go to plumber.
Marco did an excellent job. He was able to uninstall and replace my water heater in a day. I really appreciate how hard he worked to get it done in a day!
Not only do I get to work with this amazing technician, I also get to see him from the customers perspective, always the consummate professional Kenny was a pleasure to have at my hone, he installed a Halo whole house water conditioner for my home, his work was incredibly clean. Could not recommend anyone higher than this gentleman. Thank you for the awesome work.
