Jonathan came at the expected time and was very courteous. My daughter was at the house to discuss the issue with him - a clogged toilet that we had attempted to clear without success. He was finished in no time and sent me video so I could see the fix. We also had an issue with some water that was coming outside from the kitchen wall. although he was not a leak detection specialist, he referred us back to We Care to schedule this service. Good customer service and a fair price.

Technician Francisco was professional and courteous. He kept us updated regarding his arrival and phoned ahead to ensure we were kept informed. He did his assessment and then explained the issue with our heater and was able to quickly put the unit back into service. He also performed a tune up on our second heater and identified and corrected a problem with that unit as well.

Outstanding staff! One of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Jennifer, Jason, Johnathan, Aaron, Emilio, Oscar, just to name a few. We had three in home visits for consultation. We had scheduled work, but we just lost our home to the ’Altadena Fire’.
We highly recommend ‘We Care Plumbing’ from what we’ve experienced.

Oak Island was a wonderful business. Yes Chris the owner was honest and reliable. Chris (& son) sold the company to We Care. I would not use We Care. Unreliable. Waited for my appointment for 8 hours and still no show. I had to call them 3 times. After 8 hours, they gave me a new estimated eta. I said no way. Will not use this company and do not recommend.

Jacob, Cesar and Nacho did an outstanding job with helping us purchase and installing our new Lennox Real AC/Heat pump unit. They were very professional and knowledgeable when answering all our questions. Their excellent customer service and technical skills made this a very positive experience.
