Travis is a Goettl electrician and field supervisor for my new favorite company, Goettle AC and Plumbing. Travis B. drives a brand new fully equipped service truck, and here carries a tool belt that inspires confidence and respect and must weigh 40 pounds. My wife and I had a 2-zone mini split system installed yesterday and it was so beautiful and simple. Thanks, Travis and the entire Goettle organization. On Monday (2 days ago) I gave them a call, my wife and I decided it was time for AC, after 40 years! James Estrada a bright and experienced tech from Goettl was dispatched here yesterday (Tuesday), and I had an easy-to-understand proposal last night. The proposal has all our options regarding, installation, insulation , and restoration broken-out perfectly. Goettl Plumbing and HVAC is new-ish to San Diego, but they have been in business for decades, and they are obviously trying to build a reputation (in SD) for service and quality work at a fair price. This is the second time I’ve used Goettl, and they are Top Shelf! Give them a call, request Anthony for Plumbing and James for HVAC. The Managers and Dispatch team are awesome as well. mc in pb
Goettl serviced my A/C the day after I called. I appreciated the promptness in this heat. They were very courteous and cost was in line with what I expected. The technician Angel was patient and did a very good job, as access to my unit was difficult. I recommend Goettl and will call them in the future
We’ve used this company for years. Always on point & always very professional. They explain everything very well. Our house has had many plumbing issues & they’re always very sympathetic to us. Pricing is great. Our tech (Bryant) this time had bad news & he was very compassionate. We love Wayne he’s always a huge help.
This company came out to our area a week ago and put in a new AC unit for one of the residents. The employees were two very young technicians and they totally trashed the decorative vegetation in the area. This shrubbery had been planted at least a decade ago and they totally destroyed it. No accountability, no restoration for the damages they did, no apologies. Terrible impression you guys left here. I am uploading photos of how your employees left the area.
Angel was a complete sweetheart and even offered to help me unload my truck when I got home, thinking I had groceries. My mom was home and he did services with her home. I spoke on phone to answer some questions, but for the most part he was there to handle the HVAC sensors that were complimentary with our home services. No issues with services and Angel is always welcome to return for any service calls. On another call for a blocked toilet (our fault), Bryant came and was a perfect gentleman to my mother. He helped us save money with the best payment option and answered all our questions. Excellent service and awesome human being!
