I was hooked at "Paws," Will reeled me in on the first call with his winning personality and availability to have a tech on site at such short notice, and sunk with Jaime's exceptional effort. I am so impressed with their reliability and that they succeeded at doing the little things that others promise, but fail to deliver. As a facility maintenance company, I deal with a lot of people every day all over the contiguous United States. It is difficult being in a centralized location and having large companies depend on you for their maintenance needs when you are not local. Techs will accept a job and promise to show up, and when it comes time, I can't get back in touch with them. No calls, no texts, no response. Paws Plumbing, Will and Jaime came through clutch like people don't anymore and I am keeping their information for all of my commercial plumbing needs in the San Diego area. I don't think I can recommend them enough. Jaime did amazing quality work for a really competitive cost. He was punctual, professional, and polite. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Also, he was incredibly communicative, understanding that I am not local and I requested photos and text updates. He kept me informed at every step. Impressed is not even the word. Completely awe struck more encompasses this experience.

Need a plumber ASAP as the water line into our fridge was corroded and the install guy was not able to remove the old water line from our old fridge without risking giving us an indoor pool in the kitchen. As we were going on about a week without a functional fridge, did not want to delay getting that issue addressed to get the install guys back out to get our fridge up and running. I used PAWS plumbing 2 years ago when I had plumbing issues in the house. They were fantastic in addressing our plumbing issues then. PAWS plumbing was the only company that came into mind when I needed a plumber again to address this current issue. Jonathan came out. He was early. Took care of this issue, had time and went around and tested the pipes and water pressure in the house. I know absolutely nothing about plumbing. Jonathan was very patient and explained the other little problems I should look into getting replaced soon. Found another issue in one of the upstairs bathrooms and was fixed during the visit. He also let me know what in the house I needed to address and gave me quotes. Very happy with the service and will definitely use them again if I need a plumber in the future

PAWS Plumbing was excellent to work with. They immediately responded to my initial call and the follow up was exceptional. The plumber that worked with us, Jacob Baker, was amazing. Not only did he do excellent work, but he was very personable. I could not recommend this company more highly.

Jacob was very courteous and considerate. He showed up on time and was prepared for the installation. He kept the area clean and addressed my questions. I appreciate his focus and work and the install looked great when he was completed

After a thorough inspection and offering thoughtful suggestions, the team was mindful of my floors and ensured my place was left clean after completing their work. Best of all, my water pressure is now back and better than ever! Highly recommended!
