Christian and Christopher were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking. They went above and beyond—checking everything thoroughly, explaining their work in detail, and even showing us the old pipes they replaced. They also offered us tips on how to keep our pipes clean and things to avoid putting down a drain. Had a great experience with Perry Plumbing today. We had major sewage backup in our back yard, a real emergency situation. Brandon came out, quickly diagnosed that the cast iron from the house to the city connection was in bad shape and had root intrusion Drains from different parts of our large house came to a large "Y" connection that needed to be replaced. He had Efrain and Logan come out the next day, which was HUGE! They had to dig down five feet to find the Y, cut it out and install new ABS with cleanouts for easy future access. Amazing they could complete this big job in one day, and our drains are running smoothly again. Efrain, Logan and Brandon were polite, professional, and explained the work every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough. As our house was built in the '50s with cast iron throughout, we've had history of clogged drains. We're having them back to do a full reline of the drains in the slab to resolve the issue permanently.
Miguel Smith at Perry Plumbing did an amazing job! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my garbage disposal and had it working perfectly within minutes. Perry Plumbing was very communicative in telling me exactly when he was going to be at my house. They are professional and efficient - would defintely use them again.
Julian and Brandon saved my bathrooms! My 1960s built Clairemont home has cast iron pipes whose days are definitely numbered. I was terrified that the clogged shower drain was the proverbial straw to break the camels back. But I’ve been a Perry’s Plumbing customer for years - even with my last house in Normal Heights - and they’ve never done me wrong, so they were the first and only ones I called right away. I’ve had Perry’s come for clogs before… and each time it’s harder and harder for the team to do the work, likely bc of the age of the pipes. But Julian and Brandon promised they’d give it their ALL to help prevent a costly re-piping project/renovation. These gentlemen made good on their promise and MORE. They were able to clear the clog (likely a block of hair) and we are all smiles over here :) Super professional, extremely thorough and yet swift! Not to mention very personable, kind, and great sense of humor. Can’t recommend Perry Plumbing - esp Brandon & Julian enough!
Tony and Perry Plumbing did an amazing job! There has been a problem with our kitchen drain line for a while and we've had a few different independent plumbers out after our longtime plumber passed away. They will clear the drain, all will be well, but the clog quickly comes back, and we have to call someone out again. Having Perry Plumbing come out was the best decision ever!!! Tony arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and communication with his office was great. He had no problem finding the clog and clearing it. Hearing of our previous problems, he decided to dig around a little more and found a bigger clog farther down the line, which is what the true issue was and why we've had a recurring problem. SO happy with our decision to call Perry Plumbing instead of any of our previous plumbers and are deleting all the other phone numbers we've collected! Thank you, Tony and Perry Plumbing!
