My HOA hired this organization to do roof maintenance in our complex. They left over 40 nails sticking through our balcony ceiling, which will now have to be completely replaced.
You would think a 'premier' service would at least be able to put a nail into a 2 inch wide support beam. Some of these nails are more than 6 inches off the mark!
As if that wasn't enough, I was consistently finding and picking up trash that they left behind. Aluminum cans were thrown into our bushes and left there.
Don't make the mistake my HOA did, the lowest estimate is often low for a reason. I was told I would be contacted by this organization over a week ago (via email per the HOAs policy) and I have not been.
Update: In their effort to remedy their error, they clipped the nails and pushed them through. So I found scattered around my balcony about 40 nails. They made no effort to retrieve said nails. I have children I have pets, this could have gone really badly. I'm hope I found all the nails.
Update 2: A month later, still finding clipped nails, found another one moments ago and it served as a fresh reminder of how incompetent these people are. Photo of said nail has been included. That this organization hasn't been eliminated by the competitive market is a testament of the failure of our capitalist oligarchical system.
Update 3: It rained a lot today and guess what! Look at the latest photos. Water is leaking through to our ceiling! Can't say I'm surprised.
Update 4: These people worked on our buildings roof months ago and are here again, fixing yet another leak that they caused. Please look elsewhere for your roofing needs..

My 93 year old mother needed her roof repaired. Sergio Garcia with Premier Roofing did the job. He was incredibly courteous, always treated Mom with kindness, and genuinely did a premier job! I live in Houston and was so relieved to have a roofer who was dependable and professional, since I was dealing with the catastrophe from so far away. The roof looks great now, and the house is safe from rain once again! Thank you, Sergio! I highly recommend this company!

After some of the latest rain storms my condo sprung a roof leak.
This company was selected by my condo's HOA to repair the problem. They have had to return to the property now on 4 separate occasions because after each trip to the property, they claim they "solved the problem" and it's "good to go" only for another rain storm to pass thru and the leak continue. Luckily we began to expect their incompetence and delayed ServPro from patching the drywall hole that they had cut to dry out the attic space and remove the damage from within the home so that we at least didn't have to double replace those materials.
Do not use this company, they do not approach leaks in any sort of deterministic fashion (such as attempting to reproduce the leak before making repairs), and are always so confident when they claim completion of a project without the simplest bit of data to back up their claim.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Been in our home a little over 20 years. Recently we noticed a dry stain in the upstairs master bedroom.
Searched Home Advisor & found Premier Roofing.
Sergio (owner) had someone quickly to assess where the small leak was coming from (both fireplace chimney areas).
The estimate was very fair so had his team over on 27 May. It was expected to take 2 days but Sergio's team of professionals (there were 3) got to work immediately & by 3PM we’re completely done.
They fixed both chimney areas, replaced some bad S tiles & did a complete roof tuneup.
Premier Roofing performed the project in a PROFESSIONAL & OUTSTANDING manner.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PREMIER ROOFING for any of you roofing needs.

On 09/22/20 at approximately 4pm one of this company vehicles cut me off in a merging lane and even scratched the front bumper of my car with the trailer carrying a porter potty. The scratch is not very noticeable but based on the behavior of this employee I’d recommend you stay away from this business. Very unprofessional, this male driver definitely ruined the reputation of this company for me, my friends and my family.
