Johnny was very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. His crew removed and replaced my roof in one day! When they left everything was cleaned to perfection and the roof looked fantastic. Their price was reasonable and I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for a new roof.

I needed repair work done on my roof. A friend recommended Jhonny Martinez with Protecta Roofing. Jhonny came to my house for an estimate. He was extremely friendly and super knowledgeable. He explained in detail and with help of his drone what needed to be done.
Protecta guys came out the very next day to fix the problem. It took 2 days. During that time Jhonny kept me informed what happened with lots of Fotos and explanations. The 2 guys that did the work did a very good job repairing the problem areas and cleaned up everything before they left.
Jhonny called me to hear if I was satisfied. Definitely! Extreme happy with the result. I certainly will keep the contact info. For new roof in the not too distant future or other roof repair my call will go out to Project Manager Jhonny Martinez!

This company replaced my torched roof which was leaking in the middle of the room, replaced gutters, replaced attic insulation and replaced walls and beams in my family room last 4/29/22. I spent over $20,000 for all these projects.
I was given a 25-year flat roof warranty for any leaks WITH NO COST TO REPAIR and Solar Installation leaks after completion of the roof.
After a heavy downpour on 11/9/22, my roof leaked ( my roof never leaked in that area before they replaced the new roof. Someone came and glued off what he thought was the leak from the Solar posts.
On 12/28/22, after another heavy downpour, my roof leaked again. This time, the leak was worse.
I contacted Mario who told me it was due to the Solar posts that was not removed which caused installation of the roof not being done right. He told me that I have to pay for the disassembly/assembly of the Solar panels and cost of the repair to do it right. He also told me that Leon who was the project manager no longer works with them. Basically, he is not honoring the warranty.
After Luis removed the shingles and torched layer, he found water pooled in an area far from the solar panels and under the torched layer that they originally replaced. I saw water pooling under the torched layer. Luis mentioned that it was not done right. See attached.
Today, Mario tried to collect the cost of the Solar installation and cost of the repairs. I told him that the repairs are under warranty and I am not paying. I do not recommend this company for any projects! They do not even deserve one star!
