Guillermo and his team saved my roof!! From the beginning he made me feel very confortable and confident in his abilities. He was patient while I interviewed other contractors and got other quotes. Right away he identified 5 layers of roofing on my home and bandaids that previous flippers had made. His team worked hard all day long and still cleaned everyday before heading home to recharge. We are so impressed that he provided the same great results to us, a private home, as he did to my neighbors’ much larger rental properties. The house looks great!! Thank you!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, QUALIFIED & INSURED!!! From initial meeting, price, quality and completion…I can say that Q-Roofing needs 10 Stars!
Guillermo and his team showed up on time every day and really did a quick install of our whole roof including a patio area. (5 days!) Once the old roof was removed, he showed me all the areas that would need repairs and explained what was going to be done. Since we have a solar system, they coordinated the removal/reinstallation of the panels with a qualified solar company. They also provided the matched paint for the flashing and boards for the side patio.
We previously only had two attic vents and one of them was not above the garage, which they installed four more, low-profile vents to cool during those hot days.
The clean up every day was spot-on and all the little things made a difference with this company, from using QUALITY materials for the decking, underlayment, and shingles, to properly doing repairs/and installation of the new roof. They even have this nifty magnet that picks up nails on the last day and we did a final walk-thru of the new roof and everything done to it.
As a business owner myself, this is a company that takes pride in their work and does the job right the first time!
Mireya was also a great help with communication through emails and phone calls. If you are in the market for a new roof or repairs, this is YOUR company!

I would give this company a negative one star if I could because of their lack of professionalism and quality of work they promise. I made an appointment to get a proposal to fix a roof leak at my investment property. They cancelled my appointment after I had arrived at my property driving almost an hour to get there, and an hour to get back. They waisted two hours of my time and no show. I called them twice and there was no call back or follow up, and, I was a repeat customer. Two years ago, I hired them to replace a few broken roof tiles, I had told them that I have an extra roof tile for matching. They assured me that they will take care of it and I do not need to worry. When the job was done, the replacement roof tiles were a different color and texture and stood out like a sore thumb. I guess I should count my blessings that they did not show up as their work is subpar anyway.

There is not enough good things to say about this company and especially about Guillermo the guy in charge, the price was with out match. They we're professional from start to finish excellent workmanship. I have recommended them to all my friends and if i ever need a new roof i will know who to call.
