I am so glad I contacted Resilient Roofing for a new roof.They are professional all the way around.Brad was my contact person.It was about to rain when he showed up and I had a roof leak.He climbed up on the roof and put a tarp up for me.What a sport! He explained all about the company and showed me samples of the corning shingles.I opted to finance the roof.Amanda and Tanya in the front office coordinated everyone.Amanda scheduled the work and completed the necessary paperwork.The tear off crew of Horlando,Roberto,Hector B,Glen worked very hard and completed it in one day.They cleaned up and didn't leave any nails etc behind as I was worried about that with my two dogs.No problem there.Next day Marco and Anthony came at 715am.What hard workers.I couldn't believe just the two of them put the new roof on.What a fantastic job they did.See pictures.They are so fast and professional.They completed the entire roof in 2 days instead of 3 to 4.I told all my friends about this company.If you're thinking about a new roof, dont hesitate this company is the one for you.You won't be sorry.!

The Resilient Roofing crew was amazing from start to finish! They were professional, kept us informed each step of the way, and did a great job cleaning up each and every day. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a new roof.

When it comes to Seth and the team at Resilient Roofing, I can’t say enough! It’s rare in this world of construction but I can say that they far exceeded every hope and expectation we had for our home.
When we came to Resilient Roofing, a contractor had discovered some serious leaks in our roof, which resulted from a poor installation by the previous company. When he walked on our awning, it literally cracked through to the bottom and I was relieved he hadn’t fallen through! (You can see the pictures). We were dismayed to say the least, and looking at several different very expensive quotes.
Not only did Resilient Roofing give us an incredible deal, but they surpassed all our hopes for the quality of work, as well as the kindness, and professionalism of their entire team. They finished the entire job in two days, and left not so much is a nail on our driveway. Pristine work (see pictures)!
From now on, when anyone needs any roofing work done, I am going to strongly push them towards Seth, and his team at Resilient Roofing. This is why their ratings are so consistently high. And my wife and I are their biggest fans now!

Resilient Roofing recently reroofed our home. Jon Atkins did the presentation of work to be done with no pressure. He told us exactly what to expect with the job. Mario, Hector, and Elias did the work. We were very pleased with the entire project. Our neighbors were impressed with the workers also.

First, the sales team and the quality of work was great. However, my issue is the lack of communication between the front office and the roofing team. There were days when I had no idea when someone was going to show up and the Resilient front office had no idea too. I would call the office and ask when of if someone is working on the roof today? And and every time I was put on hold and forgotten about. But, my number one issue with this company is being charged for a exust vent cap that the crew broke tearing of the old roof. That right thing to do would have been to notify the costume and to ask how they want to proceed. Nope, the didn't say anything and charged me $560 to replace it. When I called the office and inquired about the change order. Amber, not knowing how frustrated I was, laughed it off and said it was something they had to do. After a day or so, I was able to talk to someone else, the project manager or team leader? It's so unclear who is in charge. Anyway, he said he could cut the cost down a little. This issuse is still not resolved, and it is extremely frustrating that this company would charge their costumes for an item their team broke. Lastly, the crew left nails all over my driveway, walkway, and yard. I'm shocked that I don't have 10 flat tires by now and as I said the work is amazing. However, I don't like being charged for things the crew breaks.
