I wanted a commercial grade underlayment and roof on my home and so opted to use this commercial vendor. I needed a roof replacement. Everything about their operation was top notch. I got to see the degraded materials from my old roof and the new ones they were installing. They even used a huge magnet to pick up metal pieces when doing the cleanup. Everything was professional and high quality!

RSI has been excellent. We called them when a roof leak happened after a heavy rain. Laura in customer service took my call and was very pleasant and professional. Her communication regarding pricing was clear and she made sure I understood that while their schedule was very busy, she'd do her best to get a crew out to make the repairs. Eliseo and Elijah arrived a couple days later, way earlier than expected, and had the job done in a couple of hours. They were courteous and had great advice, and they were confident in their work.

The most unprofessional employees. They behave like children. I've watched them deliberately hate on a nice respectful homeless couple for 2 years. They've tried to park by them with engines running next their tent, they honk, they mock. Very rude disrespectful company.
