Recommend hiring literally any other plumbing service than this one unfortunately we've had to use them several times because our property management company hires them probably because they're the cheapest ones in the market. The first time they came to our home a few years ago to unclog a drain, they left a filthy drain snake on our carpet which stained it even after attempted to clean it. Recently, they came to fix a bathtub faucet and knocked over a shelf, breaking a plant and several other items which they refused to take responsibility for. They're also very rude, unprofessional and don't show up on time.
EXCELLENT! I am so pleased with this plumbing company! Recently we discovered a pipe leak in our ceiling. I called once we discovered it which was after 6:00 pm on a Monday. Not only did they answer the phone, but David was courteous and professional and sent someone out that same evening to repair. Martin, the young man who came to our home to repair our leak was also extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job in repairing the leak and was very thoughtful and careful in the repair and cleanup. I am always worried when I have to call a repair professional after hours because of what the cost may be, but the cost was extremely reasonable and no after hours cost. I would highly recommend this company.
Omed is fantastic and we will definitely be using Security Plumbing in the future. We found them based on the reviews here, on a Saturday when we had a gas leak. I knew the source of the gas leak, because I had caused it. Attached is a picture of my poor attempt to repair a nick in a gas line (the part that is cut out) and Omed's professional repair. I called around and got some pretty ridiculous quotes. Omed said that he was not available until Monday, but spoke with me about it and gave me a good feeling about the services he would provide and that he would provide them at a reasonable charge. Sure enough, he showed up on time and fixed it much more quickly than I expected. His professional demeanor was also helpful in dealing with our jittery nerves, due to the gas leak. Though he was busy, he also took the time to help us with a drain that my wife had asked me to clean. We appreciate him handling the unscheduled request. Security Plumbing has our highest recommendation.
Never go with Security Plumber, they are never on time, and Tecnition are not knowledgeable. One time came after the test, said “ noting is wrong” but the pipe was blocked. Therefore, I call another company.
Jose with Security Plumbing & Drains and the rest of the team were great. Our condo buildings were built in the late 70’s with lots of shoddy plumbing work. SP&D was able to come in, figure out we had a slab leak, and gave us options on how to resolve the issue. With our consent Jose and his team fixed our plumbing issues without having to cut into our hardwood and tile floors and they installed new piping made of more modern, flexible materials. They say the new material lasts a lot longer and have less leak issues than the copper piping we had. Jose specifically was amazing and explained everything that was happening and he was doing. Although he’s a plumber he had to redo some concrete in the garage where they put in a cut off switch to isolate my unit in case of any future issues vs shutting down the entire condo building and his concrete work turned out great! They also patched the drywall areas with tape and heavy duty garbage bags and did a great job cleaning up any debris to help keep the dust they generated and from inside the walls away from my kids and my dog! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, Jose was seriously great to work with. And did I mention they showed up early and were willing to wait to get started while my wife and I wrapped up some of our work at home duties? I will definitely be using Security Plumbing and drains again in the future for any plumbing needs and specifically asking for Jose.
