Got an amazing Deal from this company. Travis Clark went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Not to mention got my roof replaced within 2 weeks when I couldn't get a company to even schedule me for 3 months. Definitely ask for Travis if you need a solar quote, no pressure and great prices.

I bought a solar system from Solar Alliance in september of last year. The system itself is great. I do have an issue with paying $4,600 more than the advertised price and a total lack of customer service on the part of its sales staff and of its owner. I was offered a California Solar Inititive rebate at the time of purchase and filled out the paperwork i was sent from Solar Alliance for said rebate. Four months later and i still have not recieved my rebate. I called Solar Alliance to ask about it and they denied all knowledge of said rebate. The owner, Artie Rose, contacted me by email and offered me $200. Just one catch, i had to remove my Yelp review. Not only is this against Yelp's terms of service, it shows a total lack of integrity. Stay away.

Outstanding customer service by the office staff and the solar sales rep. I shopped around before selecting Solar Alliance of America and they were about to quote a great price. Highly recommend them and have referred them to many of my friends.

Our solar system from Solar Alliance of America went in in October of 2012. We keep nagging SAA, but they have not arranged the final inspection, as promised. They are very unresponsive. Nobody answers the 800 number and their local rep, Jessica Moran, promises action but none is forthcoming. I recommend that people avoid this dysfunctional company.

It is mind-boggling an alternative energy company has a John Coleman, a climate change denier as a spokesman.
A man who is quoted as saying "It is the greatest scam in history. I am amazed, appalled and highly offended by it. Global Warming; It is a SCAM,"
