It has been been nearly three months since I put down a $3k deposit for a system their technician when coming to install was unable to perform. The sales guy was great but kept pushing something on me that was not possible. I have been calling every day for a month, keep in mind it has now been three months, for a refund on my deposit. I am going to file in small claims court tomorrow if I do not receive my refund or an update. If there is an owner or someone at this company that can help me PLEASE CONTACT ME because your staff can not help. Very dissapointed.

Do not do business with this company in So Cal. They talk a great story until there is a problem. Installation of electrical and pool solar went well. After two years our Heliocol solar developed a leak which carries a 12 year warranty. And surprise surprise, first sign of trouble they simply vanish. I called the salesman, great guy, said he quit and moved to Idaho. I called the project manager and his cell phone is blocking all incoming calls. Now the company is run by some outfit in Phoenix under a different name. When you call the So Cal number it gets transferred there. They will gladly take yoru number, but simply do not return phone calls, ever. Period. After 5th attempt and left messages over several weeks, I stayed on hold for almost an hour before this woman took my call. We arranged a service call almost 4 weeks out (yup 4 weeks, said they were busy). I took the day off work, and surprise surprise, no show.Now I am getting angry. I called the following business day and they said they left me a message that day they could not make it because they were busy. Total lie and total BS. Promised to get back to me and get somebody out the same week. Total lie again. Been over a week since missed service call and again they will not return calls. Round and round we go. Non existent customer service.

Terrible company , I signed a contract on 5/24/2021 and at this time no work has been done. No return calls from anyone. They took my deposit upon signing a contract and no communication, whatsoever. Stay away from this company 1.8 reviews is not a place you want to work with. Melody the GM and Eric H the manager have terrible management skills. I have left several phone calls to both with no follow up

If you want customer service, look somewhere else. We were promised monitoring to be set up. It was not. Our inverter stopped working less than a year after solar service was installed. We were not notified, and were without solar between April and August (the most productive months). Once we realized the solar wasn't working, I contacted Sun X, who stated that they knew the inverters were faulty (but they were waiting for customers to reach out), and that they were on backorder, so we had to wait an additional month. We ended up losing close to a $1,000 as a result of our solar not working, and Sun X took zero responsibility. Bad business.

This is a terrible company. We had it installed in 2014, which went fairly well. However, now that I need someone to service the system, I cannot get anyone to call me back. I have spoken to office staff about 10 times to have someone call me back to arrange servicing but no one ever returns my call. Do not give this company your business. You will be sorry you did.
