Happiness is ... the first rainfall after my brand new roof went up and not having a care in the world! This has to be one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. From my Project Manager (Francisco) and his fantastic communication every step of the way to the crew that did a beautiful job replacing my old roof. I am very happy with the work they did and every aspect of this project.

I received a number of quotes from various of the most highly rated roofing companies in San Diego. I had seen a project that Sylvester Roofing recently completed which was a standing seam metal roof. My home needed the metal roofing replaced, and from what I learned from the previous experience, is that not all roofing companies know how to do things right. Sylvester provided a competitive quote, had my project expedited, and always showed up on time every day. The foreman was Francisco. A stand up guy who only knows perfection. He explained everything to me, what he was doing, why he was doing it in certain ways, etc. Francisco and his crew left the site clean every day, and on their last day, did a full walk through of everything that was done and asked if I was happy and had any questions. The CEO of Sylvester Roofing even made a trip out to my property to ensure everything promised was being done. This is a large company with many employees and ongoing jobs across San Diego, and the CEO showed up, which is a display of top notch customer service. I would absolutely use Sylvester again and recommend them for your most complicated and expensive roofing jobs.

The absolute worse service I've ever paid for. Had to hire another company to fix the work after they messed it up.
